How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Navalhealthcare Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Navalhealthcare Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Navalhealthcare Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@navalhealthcare.garden. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what you would like done
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
